BELAY, Inc. is seeking a Sales Tax Accountant to manage multi-state sales and use tax filings and compliance. This remote role supports tax determinations and reporting across U.S.

jurisdictions, collaborating with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and IT to optimize processes. The ideal candidate will have a degree in accounting/finance, experience with sales tax software, and strong Excel skills. Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Experience filing multi-state sales and use tax returns.
• Experience with tax compliance software.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual sales tax returns across jurisdictions.
• Maintain registrations, permits, and licenses as required.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely tax remittances.
