We are looking for a Remote Sales Representative who can work weekends and evenings to join our growing team! This role is 100% remote, with all work equipment provided. You will be responsible for helping prospective customers understand and choose the right insurance policies from over 55 carrier partners. Our customers come directly from our app, so no outbound calls are needed. If you want to make a measurable difference in millions of lives, we’d love to hear from you!

• Respond to inbound calls from prospective auto and home insurance customers
• Educate customers on policy details such as coverage and pricing
• Prepare and bind quotes through our carriers
• Handle objections and solve problems to facilitate policy purchase
• Engage actively with customers to find the best options for their needs

Compensation And Perks

• Hourly wage: $18.00 - 20.00 plus uncapped commissions (target earnings: $75,000-$100,000)
• We pay for your P&C license (expected within 2 weeks)

Schedule

• Saturdays and Sundays 8am - 6:30pm ET
• Monday and Wednesday 10:30am - 9pm ET
