What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct appointments to provide mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, retirement protection, annuities, and debt-free living solutions
- Work with warm leads from families who have requested coverage
- Meet virtually with families to discuss their life and health product needs
- Design insurance policies tailored to fit clients' needs and budgets
- Mentor and support new agents through one-on-one training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to obtain a life/health insurance license in your respective state (license not required for interview)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and self-motivated
- Proactive in problem-solving
