What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct appointments for mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, retirement protection, annuities, and debt-free living
- Meet virtually with families to discuss and protect them through various life and health products
- Work with warm leads from families who have requested coverage
- Design policies tailored to fit clients' needs
- Provide mentorship and training to new agents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to obtain a life/health insurance license in your respective state (license not required for interview)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and self-motivated
- Proactive in problem-solving

- Experience in sales or customer service roles
- Prior knowledge of insurance products and services
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively
