Job Description:
Stand-Up.Marketing is looking for a self-motivated, commission-based sales professional ready to connect small businesses, home service providers, and startups with the marketing services they need to grow.
This role involves cold calling, warm lead follow-up, appointment setting, and closing deals for our services—including website design, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and lead generation. Bonus points for candidates with digital marketing, agency, or sales experience in related fields.

Responsibilities:
️ Make outbound cold calls and follow up with inbound leads
️ Set discovery calls and close new client accounts
️ Present tailored marketing solutions for web design, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing
️ Manage your pipeline using provided CRM and tools
️ Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and solutions
️ Maintain excellent communication with prospects and clients
Must-Have Qualifications:
1+ years of sales experience (phone sales, B2B, or cold calling)
Understanding of SEO, websites, PPC, lead generation, and social media marketing
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and CRM platforms
Motivated to work remotely and manage your schedule independently
Preferred Qualifications:
1-3 years in sales, digital marketing, or agency sales
Advertising or marketing services sales experience
Familiarity with website platforms like Wix or WordPress
Willing to undergo a background check per applicable laws
Commission-based earnings with structured bonus opportunities. No base pay.
