What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivation, reliability, and a desire to grow.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment.
• U.S. residency and eligibility to obtain and maintain the required state insurance license.
• Previous insurance or sales experience is helpful but not required. Training and mentorship are available for those new to the industry.
