You will administer incentive plans, align customers to territories, and ensure product alignment with sales teams and performance metrics.

The role partners with GenPact to calculate performance and compensation monthly and to generate actionable reports for senior sales leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years general business experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills highly desired; Excel skills important.

Responsibilities

• Administer Sales Incentive Plans for US Medical Product Distribution.
• Understand and communicate performance drivers.
• Research potential data anomalies on behalf of the sales leaders.
• Guide and mentor GenPact team to support day-to-day inquiries.
• Maintain customer to territory alignment.
• Maintain product to sales team alignment.
