Job summary

OpenSesame is a remote-first enterprise learning platform seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Brand & Creative. You will steward the brand across visuals and words, ensuring consistency in customer content, campaigns, PR, and sales materials.

You will lead a small team of designers, copywriters, and contractors and scale brand work with AI-enabled workflows. Reporting to the CMO, you will partner with Product Marketing and Growth to translate strategy into high-quality content that supports

Proven leadership of brand and creative teams.
Experience shaping brand governance and content strategy.
Experience implementing AI-enabled marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

Brand Stewardship: manage visual identity, messaging, and creative execution.
Content & Editorial Strategy: own editorial calendar and thought leadership content.
Creative Operations & Team Leadership: run a design/copy team and prioritize requests.
AI-Enabled Marketing: implement AI tools and workflows for assets.
Growth Partnership: collaborate with Growth on campaigns and demand generation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Product Marketing, Growth, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership.
