Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–3 years in contracting, sales operations, or related operations role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel preferred).
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with Salesforce required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in transactional work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, prepare, and process proposals and contracts, ensuring documents are complete and ready for signature.
• Review contracts for SOX and SOC1-related requirements and coordinate countersignature processing.
• Calculate and validate Bookings and Annual Revenue Implemented to support revenue recognition.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain client-signed contracts and resolve issues.
• Triage pricing and discount requests; route to Deal Desk and obtain approvals from Legal, Billing and Finance.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy through regular reviews and reporting.
• Support client repricing, billing initiatives, and termination processing for assigned accounts.
• Manage offboarding activities for assigned clients, ensuring timely completion of steps.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and implement process improvements with automation.
• Learn and apply new AI tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
