Job Title: Remote Sales Operations Associate (100% Work From Home)

Location:Remote from Latin America

Position Type:Full-time

Salary: $1,500 - 2,000 USD/month via ACH

Schedule: Monday to Friday, business hours Eastern Time

Job Overview:

We are seeking an Entry-Level Sales Operations Associate to join our client's fast-growing team. In this role, you will be the central hub for all things CRM-related, acting as the go-to HubSpot expert and supporting their sales team to operate smoothly and efficiently. You will also be following up with invoices.

Responsibilities:

• CRM Management (HubSpot):
  
  • Maintain, update, and optimize the HubSpot CRM for accuracy and functionality.
    
  • Create and manage custom fields, workflows, and reports.
    
  • Ensure data integrity across all records and pipelines.
    
• Invoice Management:
  
  • Check and verify invoices for GPU rentals.
    
  • Create and manage invoices within HubSpot for accuracy and timely delivery.
    
  • Coordinate with finance on outstanding payments and adjustments.
    
• Stripe Account Oversight:
  
  • Monitor Stripe rental accounts for successful transactions, disputes, and inconsistencies.
    
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing issues.
    
• Sales Support:
  
  • Assist 3 Sales Engineers with tracking leads, organizing deal stages, and preparing customer documentation.
    
  • Provide insights and reports on CRM activity and sales performance metrics.
    
  • Help streamline communication and process alignment across the sales function.
    

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:

• 0–2 years of experience in sales operations, administrative support, or similar role.
  
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM is required.
  
• Familiarity with Stripe or other online payment platforms is a plus.
  
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
  
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Needs to be able to communicate well in English, especially understand technical concepts. Will be following up on invoices and have some limited customer interaction.
