Job summary

Vesta is building a fully automated mortgage origination platform, elevating AI as the core engine in lending. We are seeking a founding member of the Sales team to lead technical discovery calls, craft compelling demos, and collaborate with sales to win enterprise logos.

You will translate complex mortgage technology into clear customer value, guiding deals and shaping the product roadmap with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Founding member with mortgage/regulatory financial services domain knowledge.
• Proven track record delivering complex technical demos to mortgage/financial services customers.
• Strong technical sales skills and ability to translate product capabilities into customer-facing terms.
• Partner to sales team, driving quarterly targets and helping achieve revenue goals.
• Self-starter who takes initiative with minimal structure and process.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with enterprise prospects to deeply understand current-state architecture, processes, and pain points.
• Deliver high-impact, tailored product demos aligned to customer workflows and business goals.
• Partner with Sales as a strategic counterpart, addressing objections and influencing deal strategy.
• Advocate for customers internally, surfacing product feedback and market insights for roadmap.
• Own the technical portions of the sales cycle to help close enterprise-level deals.
