Vesta is building the future of mortgage origination with a remote-first engineering team. You’ll scale and secure the infrastructure that powers the entire mortgage market, focusing on cloud architecture, deployment, observability, and tooling to accelerate engineering velocity.

We seek engineers with experience running large-scale distributed systems, cloud platforms, and developer tools. This role offers a flexible, remote-first environment with strong compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating reliable distributed systems.
• Strong cloud infrastructure and developer platform experience.
• Ability to scale infrastructure and improve platform reliability.

Responsibilities

• Scale and mature Vesta’s infrastructure to support the mortgage market.
• Build foundational systems powering engineering velocity and platform reliability.
• Own cloud architecture, deployment systems, observability, and incident response.
• Develop internal developer tooling to improve productivity.
