Job summary

BodorLaser is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager/Engineer or Account Manager for a fully remote role based in Pennsylvania. You will drive business development, manage client relationships, and coordinate with product teams to meet customer needs across PA and neighboring states.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English, basic Mandarin, and 2–10 years in sales or technical roles within machinery manufacturing. Willingness to travel and reside in PA is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 2–10 years in sales or technical roles in machinery/manufacturing.
• Must reside in Pennsylvania or willing to relocate to PA.
• Experience with cross-functional workflows across Marketing, Operations and Service.
• Ability to travel ~25% for overnight visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focus on Western Pennsylvania.
• Develop sales opportunities throughout PA and nearby states (NJ, MD, DE).
• Manage full sales cycle from lead to close, meeting targets.
• Provide technical product information and troubleshoot with clients.
• Visit customer sites regularly to maintain relationships and present solutions.
• Coordinate with Product teams to align on equipment requirements and proposals.
