Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is offering a remote Sales Enablement Co-op for the Summer/Fall 2027 semester, starting July 6, 2027. The role provides exposure to call center operations, insurance sales, and training design, with mentorship and networking opportunities within UnitedHealthOne.

The Co-op tracks include Onboarding, Licensing, Appointments, Training, and Workforce Management. You will work 40 hours/week, with some tracks requiring evenings/weekends, and must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• Actively enrolled during the duration of the Co-op for academic credit.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work 40 hours per week during full hours of operation (8am–10pm ET).

Responsibilities

• Identify, track, report and resolve critical dependency issues.
• Maintain and develop business relationships with internal and external partners.
• Utilize training resources to support use of software and technology.
• Proof-read and make recommendations for emails, reports and collateral materials.
• Active participation in team meetings and Co-op programming.
