Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring Designers/Sales Representatives to help customers organize their homes. You can work from home with pre-set appointments close to your home, and we provide complete sales and design training—no experience required.

This hybrid remote role offers flexible scheduling, a supportive Sales Manager, and opportunities to grow with a nationally recognized home organization company.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is required.
• Coachable candidates with a growth mindset and willingness to follow training.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid remote role close to home.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments provided by marketing.
• Build rapport with customers to understand organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities for design and installation.
• Educate customers on our products and services and close sales.
• Follow training and use communication skills to assist residential customers.
