You will meet with pre-set clients, design home organization solutions, and close sales, with complete training provided. The role offers hybrid remote work, flexible schedules, and a clear path to advancement.

No prior degree or sales experience is required; all training is paid. A reliable vehicle, license, and insurance are needed to service local appointments.

Qualifications

• Willingness to complete 12-week paid sales training.
• Coachable, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Growth mindset and ability to work with a home-based setup.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-set appointments to understand client needs.
• Present design solutions and close sales.
• Walk through client homes to assess opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager and mentor relationships.
