Closets by Design is hiring designers / sales representatives in Apex, NC. As a Design Consultant you will receive complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary, with pre-set appointments in your area!

This hybrid remote role offers flexible scheduling, benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and a 16-week training program with mentorship.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• Smart, outgoing, coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week sales training.
• Reliable access to a Motor Vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all appointments and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help clients with their home organizational needs.
