Job summary

Closets by Design Raleigh is seeking a Design Consultant/Sales Representative to help customers organize their homes. This role offers the flexibility of working from home, with pre-set appointments in your area and full sales and design training provided, no prior experience required.

You can progress through a direct track to become a Senior Sales Designer with pay and bonus increases, all within a hybrid remote setup and mentored by experienced teams.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• Smart, outgoing, coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week sales training.
• Reliable access to a Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all appointments and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help clients with their home organizational needs.
