You will work remotely, delivering friendly, professional service, capturing details in the CRM, and coordinating with the team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for every client.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in sales or client-facing role is a plus.
• Comfortable working from home with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary virtual contact for new and incoming clients.
• Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to onboard clients.
• Identify client needs and suggest next steps.
• Explain services clearly and schedule follow-ups.
• Maintain client records in CRM with accuracy.
