Job summary

Benjamin Moore & Co. is seeking a proactive Sales Associate for the Southern Region. This salaried role offers remote work options and a starting salary range from USD 53,700 to USD 68,700 per year, with room for growth within the Berkshire Hathaway family brand.

You will learn from our Field Sales team, support territory activities, and develop product knowledge while engaging with customers. A four-year degree or equivalent experience is preferred, and travel up to 80% may be required to cover

• Willingness to relocate within designated region after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Support Territory Representatives in meeting sales goals.
• Cover assigned territories to support coverage during vacations or leaves.
• Manage territory logistics and CRM/enterprise systems to drive sales.
• Demonstrate customer-centric consultative selling in a team environment.
• Build relationships and act as the go-to product/brand expert.
