Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida, USA, with technical support centers in Southeast Asia and East Africa. We provide program management and facilities engineering services worldwide, supporting the US Department of Defense (DoD) and other US federal agencies.

The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote our products and services in the Philippines, aiming to increase sales and brand awareness. This role involves creating targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with Filipino consumers.

Our salary range is $20 - $30 per hour, based on market data, with commissions for each successful client acquisition.

This is a remote position with occasional travel.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase awareness and sales of our SEAC services and products in the U.S.A.
2. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape in the U.S.A.
3. Analyze data and market research to formulate effective marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and sales teams, to develop and execute campaigns.
5. Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners.
6. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
7. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for marketing initiatives.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.
