Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Sales Account Associate to support the Senior Account Manager and the sales team in executing orders, samples, and sales analytics.

This remote role, based in Dallas, TX, focuses on ensuring on-time deliveries, accurate order flow, and strong customer service across assigned accounts. You will manage documentation, credit memos, seasonal planning, and data-driven insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet growth targets and improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 4+ years of combined education/experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a retail/wholesale apparel business or similar consumer packaged goods sales/support.
• Results-driven with ownership of performance outcomes.
• Analytical with ability to identify insights from data and basic retail math.
• Collaborative with strong communication and adaptability across teams.
• Customer-service focused and capable of ensuring satisfaction.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables).

Responsabilités

• Support the Sr. Account Manager and sales team to implement programs and achieve sales targets.
• Manage account documentation, item setups, and credit memos.
• Assist go-to-market activities including sell-in and pre-strategy meetings.
• Oversee pre-season and ongoing order entry to ensure on-time deliveries and minimize chargebacks.
• End-to-end ownership of in-season and pre-season sample lines.
• Populate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal sales and shipping reports.
• Develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders and stay informed on retail trends.
