Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Sales Associate at our Kenosha, WI store. You will deliver outstanding customer service, apply The 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close, and help customers find the perfect Levi’s products.

This part-time role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, lifting up to 40 pounds, and meeting store performance goals. You’ll support stock, pricing, and visual presentation while upholding security and loss-prevention standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to work evenings/weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist customers using Levi's 3C approach: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Meet or exceed store and individual sales goals daily.
• Comply with cash handling guidelines and security policies.
• Assist stock associates with replenishment and security tagging on the selling floor.
• Assist in pricing and physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Maintain store appearance per visual presentation standards and housekeeping procedures.
