Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a SailPoint Developer to perform deep development and troubleshooting of SailPoint applications with USPS ARIS experience. This role is fully remote within the United States and requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance after a background investigation.

You will engage in Agile Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy automated workflows and governance rules to meet complex compliance needs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot SailPoint application, workflow, and data issues by analyzing logs, DB records and configurations.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Design, develop, and customize business rules using rule frameworks and scripting to meet governance and compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain custom and operational reports by querying relational databases (SQL) to support audits and reporting.
• Create Task Definitions and scheduled automated jobs for data aggregation, identity refreshes, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate enhancements into environments and ensure smooth deployments.
• Design, develop, and customize workflows to automate business processes, reducing manual effort.
