Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Temporary Safety and Risk Specialist for a 10-month project across the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic Regions. The role focuses on implementing a standardized safety improvement process, educating operators, and delivering regular progress reports.

Remote work is available, with a salary range of $50,000–$75,000 based on experience. Candidates must reside in the Eastern Time Zone and contribute to quarterly program refreshes, weekly facilitator check-ins, and branch

Qualifications

• Must possess one of the listed degrees or military safety experience.
• Minimum of three years of safety or quality management experience.
• Minimum three years of operations safety experience.
• Ability to lead others and drive improvement.
• Demonstrated knowledge of safety process management principles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of a standardized safety improvement process for assigned branches.
• Produce recurring regional and branch-level reports using a standardized safety process.
• Analyze safety data and identify insights, trends, actions.
• Coach branch and general managers on process execution and accountability.
• Deploy activities including onboarding, meetings, and dashboard handoff.
• Participate in weekly check-ins, monthly reviews, and quarterly refreshes.
• Support ongoing branch execution through follow-up and coaching.
• Collaborate with HSE leadership and stakeholders for successful implementation.
