Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in environmental health and safety, industrial hygiene or related field.
• Completion of occupational safety, environmental or industrial hygiene coursework required.
• Some experience with safety regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing safety/industrial hygiene standards and programs.
• Participate in EHS team meetings and present project progress.
• Conduct hazard assessments and recommend mitigations.
• Inspect and evaluate workplaces for regulatory compliance.
• Join exposure investigations to identify causes and corrective actions.
• Work with inspection or audit teams.
• Develop safety briefs and training materials to improve EHS knowledge.
• Analyze data and prepare reports.
