Job summary

NAVA Software solutions is seeking a Scrum Master for a remote, 12-month contract. The role requires hands-on data engineering background and strong SAFe/Agile leadership. Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Power BI is essential, with banking/finance domain experience highly desired.

The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, and help the team improve velocity and predictability while collaborating with Product Owners and other delivery teams.

Qualifications

Significant agile project management experience with Lean-Agile leadership.
Experience as Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer.
Certifications: CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe SSM, SAFe RTE or SPC.
Hands-on experience with Agile tools: ADO, JIRA, VersionOne.
Experience in Banking/Finance domain and related terminology.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective team collaboration.
Remove impediments and guide continuous improvement.
Coordinate with Product Owner and stakeholders to maintain a healthy backlog.
Track PI and sprint progress using Azure DevOps.
Promote SAFe practices and lean-agile mindset across teams.
Support data engineering planning and adapt processes for data products.
