VetsEZ is seeking a Project Manager for a 100% remote role supporting a large federal government healthcare modernization project. You will lead Agile software development teams within the SAFe, Scrum, CI/CD, and DevSecOps framework to align with program objectives, budgets, and schedules.

You will oversee the full lifecycle from intake to delivery, collaborate with VA leadership and governance groups, and report on milestones, risks, and dependencies while guiding cross-functional teams through

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related technical discipline with at least 8 years of IT project management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale IT projects across the full lifecycle.
• Experience leading Agile Scrum teams in software development environments.
• Ability to track costs, schedules, risks, and delivery progress.
• Excellent written and verbal communication translating technical activities to executives.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and risk-management skills for cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects from intake through customer delivery using the SAFe DevSecOps framework.
• Lead Agile Scrum teams, products, and processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner with technical leads to support CI/CD pipelines, application delivery, and infrastructure modernization.
• Develop and manage project schedules, costs, performance metrics, and delivery milestones.
• Track and report project milestones, risks, dependencies, impediments, and escalation to program leadership and stakeholders.
• Present project vision, strategy, roadmaps, and planned deliveries to VA leadership and governance groups.
• Take on additional tasks to support team objectives and project success.
