VetsEZ is seeking a Project Scheduler for a 100% remote role supporting a large federal government healthcare modernization project. You will develop, monitor, and maintain detailed IT schedules using Microsoft Project or equivalent tools, aligning timelines, dependencies, and resources to deliver within scope and budget.

The Scheduler will collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders across multiple IT projects in an Agile environment, while ensuring the candidate

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field.
• Minimum five years of project scheduling experience in IT.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling software.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules aligning with IT scope and deliverables.
• Define tasks, dependencies, timelines, and resource requirements with project teams.
• Track progress, update schedules, and prepare schedule status reports for leadership.
• Monitor resource allocation across projects and identify conflicts or bottlenecks.
• Conduct critical path analyses and mitigate schedule risks with PMs.
• Lead scheduling meetings to gather updates and refine plans.
