Autodesk is seeking a Customer Support professional to join our fully remote team, supporting clients across North America and reporting to the Customer Service Associate Manager. You will be the frontline resource, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, and guiding customers to successful product usage.

You'll own issues from initial contact to resolution, document interactions, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Finance to improve the overall

• 1+ year in SaaS customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Clear, professional communication.
• Experience supporting cloud tools on iOS, Android, and Windows.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organization.
• Collaborative, accountable work style with integrity.
• Comfort with performance metrics (CSAT, productivity, quality) and using data to improve.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality support via phone, email, and live chat, assisting with troubleshooting, product usage, onboarding, and subscription inquiries
• Take ownership of customer issues from first contact through resolution, setting clear expectations and ensuring timely follow-up
• Accurately document and escalate issues as needed
• Monitor and manage support queues to meet service levels
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Finance to advocate for customers and improve the overall experience
• Share customer feedback with Tier 2 teams and leadership to drive product and service improvements
• Contribute to team initiatives that enhance support operations and customer satisfaction
• Approach your work with a continuous improvement mindset to help the team evolve and perform at its best
