Job summary

Entegral seeks a motivated product discovery lead focused on the North American market, partnering with PM, UX, Engineering, Sales and Business Development to validate concepts and opportunities. You will guide customer research, market analysis and ROI-driven decision making to align investments with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities include leading a team of Product Analysts, mentoring talent, and ensuring continuous improvement of discovery practices.

Qualifications

5+ years demonstrable experience in SaaS product management including leading product strategy, planning, execution, launch and support.
2+ years previous experience in leading and developing people in product management.
3+ years proficiency with agile SaaS product development and related frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead the product discovery process with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
Define and validate product hypotheses through user research, data analysis and experimentation.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers and stakeholders to translate insights into actionable requirements.
Prioritize discovery initiatives based on business goals, customer impact and technical feasibility.
Facilitate workshops, interviews and other discovery activities to gather feedback.
Communicate findings to leadership and product teams to inform strategy and share best practices.
