Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in solutions consulting, implementation consulting, solutions architecture, or technical deployment roles within enterprise SaaS.
• Proven experience leading technical workstreams for enterprise software implementations.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable, supportable technical configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation workstream for enterprise customer deployments.
• Conduct technical discovery related to customer environments and deployment requirements.
• Scope, design, and configure integrations with customer systems.
• Support technical test planning and execute technical validation during customer UAT.
