Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in solutions consulting or implementation consulting roles.
• Proven experience leading technical workstreams for enterprise software implementations.
• Hands-on experience with SSO technologies such as SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation workstream for enterprise customer deployments.
• Conduct technical discovery related to customer environments and deployment requirements.
• Partner collaboratively with Customer Success and Implementation teams.
