Job summary

Raintree Systems is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Finance team in a fully remote US role. You will work closely with senior leaders to develop financial models, budgets, and analytical insights across the business, supporting strategic decision-making.

The role emphasizes cross-functional reporting, data-driven analysis, and driving improvement in financial processes, with opportunities to influence growth and efficiency across product, partnerships, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of SaaS finance experience.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com, Staxbill, and Sage Intacct.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and corporate finance principles.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze financial data for budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports and ad hoc analyses.
• Analyze sales commissions, product line profitability, and KPIs.
• Support annual budget process and cross-functional financial models.
• Develop economic opportunity models for buy-build-partner activities.
