Job summary

Sphera Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own relationships across a portfolio of SaaS customers and help them achieve measurable value throughout their journey.

You’ll guide onboarding and adoption, lead regular check-ins and reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive renewal and growth opportunities. Requirements include 2–5 years in customer-facing SaaS roles, strong communication, and aBachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Support, or related role in SaaS.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS or EHS, sustainability, or product stewardship software is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships across a portfolio of SaaS customers and help them achieve measurable value.
• Guide onboarding and adoption, lead regular check-ins and partnership reviews.
• Collaborate with Support, Product, Services, Renewals and Sales on renewals and growth opportunities.
• Track usage and health data to identify risks and opportunities.
