Job summary

TogetherWork is seeking a Customer Advocate to join our remote US team. This role focuses on coaching customers, driving product adoption, and delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You’ll work within a shared queue of calls, emails, and chats, with a PST schedule (9:30–5:30) and EST alignment. A strong customer-first mindset and calm, empathetic communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success or support.
• Experience in SaaS environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and empathy in customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Coach customers on software usage via calls, emails, and live chats.
• Grow and manage customer practices; suggest solutions and share learnings with the team.
• Explain subscription levels and benefits to help client growth.
• Maintain high-quality work aligned with company standards.
• Contribute to knowledge base and help documentation.
• Collaborate with Advocates via MS Teams and escalate complex issues.
