This task-based role offers complete schedule flexibility with no minimum hours and remote work from home. After a short language skills assessment, you may access paid projects with compensation up to $18 per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Video Conversations: Have live, natural conversations in Russian with other participants over video call.
• Natural Dialogue: Discuss everyday topics and let the conversation flow—no scripts or performance.
• Data Contribution: Your conversations are recorded and used to help AI models learn natural speech patterns, tone, and cultural nuance.
