Job summary

Yoh Services LLC, a Day & Zimmermann company, is recruiting for a Recruiter 2 in its RPO Operations division. The role, remote from Tennessee, drives sourcing, evaluation and onboarding to support the GE Power - G/PC/Steam client.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Sciences, Business, HR or related field.
At least 1 year of professional recruiting experience.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.
Knowledge of employment laws and ethical recruitment standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment processes for leadership and key contributor roles.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for fit.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Engage with clients, hiring managers and HR Partners to understand requirements.
Maintain candidate status updates in ATS, ensuring accuracy and timelines.
Promote employer value proposition via candidate interactions and events.
Expand sourcing networks and leadership talent pools via events and platforms.
