Job summary

BCforward is seeking an Intelligent Automation Engineer to support enterprise automation initiatives focused on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Automation Anywhere (A360), IDP technologies, and system integrations.

The candidate should have strong experience with APIs and cloud AI services, and be capable of designing, building, and supporting scalable automation solutions aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (A360) RPA platform.
• Experience in process automation, solution development, and business analysis.
• Familiarity with IDP tools such as ABBYY or equivalent OCR/IDP technologies.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON/XML, authentication, and error handling.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions using RPA and IDP platforms.
• Provide post-production support, perform root cause analysis, and meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate solutions with existing systems and services.
• Ensure adherence to CoE standards, security, risk management, and change management practices.
• Participate in Agile teams to deliver iterative improvements and manage change.
• Recommend solution approaches and provide technical direction across configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Support operational stability through monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement.
• Apply familiarity with cloud architectures and AI/ML service consumption patterns.
• Comply with all KeyBank policies and procedures, acting in the best interests of Key.
