Job summary

Ready Roofer, based in Pueblo, Colorado, is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate residential roofing projects from assessment to completion. You’ll work with homeowners and insurance adjusters, create loss estimates, lead local outreach, and ensure exceptional customer service and quality workmanship.

Travel within storms-impacted areas is required seasonally, and you’ll manage timelines, budgets, and communications to deliver high satisfaction and repeat business for a fast-growing roofer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Significant travel from April through November.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Build local brand via networking, events, and community engagement.
• Guide homeowners through roofing projects with clear communication.
• Door-to-door outreach to generate leads and hit sales goals.
• Prepare loss estimates with estimating tools and coordinate with insurers.
• Monitor progress and ensure quality, ending with a homeowner walkthrough.
