AVODA in Arvada, CO is seeking a skilled Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee our commercial roofing production projects and ensure safe, efficient completion.

You will lead roofing crews, coordinate with clients and vendors, develop project plans, monitor budgets, and uphold quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Project Manager.
• Extensive knowledge of roofing systems, materials and installation techniques.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices within the construction industry.
• Strong ability to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed project plan including timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Review project scope, specifications and requirements.
• Conduct site visits and assess project feasibility.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to clarify objectives and expectations.
• Allocate resources, labor, materials and equipment based on needs.
• Monitor resource usage to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
• Establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
• Manage subcontractor performance to ensure quality and timelines.
• Develop budgets, track costs and ensure adherence to targets.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks; implement safety measures and audits.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors and team members.
• Prepare and distribute progress reports, financial summaries and risk assessments.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with standards.
