Job summary

AMN Healthcare Language Services seeks a Rohingya Video Remote Interpreter to cover a wide range of shifts for LEP patients in medical, legal, and community settings via video. This role is remote within the United States and requires completion of platform training and ongoing quality monitoring.

You will support patients and providers with accurate interpretation while adhering to HIPAA and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Fluent bilingual with strong verbal skills in both source and target languages.
• Successful completion of a medical language proficiency assessment.
• Respect for LEP clients and diverse cultural contexts in medical/legal settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective video remote interpreting service for consumers.
• Adhere to policies and procedures of AMN Language Services.
• Maintain professionalism, attendance, punctuality, and accurate records.
• Adapt quickly to new technologies and platforms.
• Complete training and pass readiness checks before live calls.
• Participate in ongoing quality assurance and call monitoring programs.
