Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Strategic Project Lead, Robotics for a remote hourly contract to own robotics data pipelines end-to-end, ensuring quality and on-time delivery. You will design and optimize large-scale data collection and processing pipelines, deploy and manage hardware systems, including multi-camera rigs and sensors, and lead data transformations aligned with client schemas.

Qualifications

Strong experience with robotics or high-throughput data pipelines.
Hands-on experience with sensor systems, FPS constraints, and multi-camera setups.
Strong analytical and systems-oriented thinking with the ability to optimize cost, speed, and quality.
Clear communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Experience with large-scale data processing, storage, and delivery systems.
Experience defining schemas, protocols, and operational standards.
Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution and improve systems.
