Job summary

Our partner is seeking a Strategic Projects Lead (Robotics) to own robotics data pipelines end-to-end, from capture to delivery, ensuring quality, scalability, and efficiency. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance to drive execution on high-impact programs in a remote-first setup.

The role requires hands-on work with sensors, multi-camera rigs, and large-scale data processing, plus strong cross-functional communication and ownership in ambiguous environments.

• Hands-on with sensor systems, FPS constraints, and multi-camera setups.
• Analytical and systems-oriented; able to optimize cost vs speed vs quality.
• Clear communicator across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with large-scale data processing, storage, and delivery systems.
• Proven ability to define schemas, protocols, and operational standards.
• Track record of driving cross-functional execution and improving systems.
• High ownership, fast execution, and comfort in ambiguous environments.

Your Role:

As a Strategic Projects Lead (Robotics), you will own robotics data pipelines end-to-end. You'll manage everything from data capture to final delivery, ensuring high quality, scalability, and efficiency across the entire pipeline. You'll work closely with engineering, operations, and finance, and play a key role in driving execution on complex, high-impact projects.

What You’ll Do:

Compensation & Benefits Notice

The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $120,000 –$160,000. All employees are eligible for equity compensation, and employees may also receive performance-based bonuses, dependent on role and subject to company policies. our partner provides a comprehensive benefits package, including up to 100% reimbursement for health-insurance premiums, paid time off, a 401(K) plan with a company match, and additional benefits designed to support a high-performing, remote-first workforce.
