Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Advanced Program Specialist for Ottava to lead field-based program development across health systems in the United States. You will collaborate with Clinical Sales, Capital Sales, Field Service Engineering and hospital staff to launch and scale robotic surgery programs.

The role requires extensive travel, a strong clinical or commercial background, and the ability to lead through influence while delivering measurable program impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to lead through influence and drive execution in a matrix environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with stakeholders across hospitals.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and work in regulated environments (ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820).

Responsibilities

• Execute account-level program development plans with cross-functional partners.
• Engage stakeholders to define goals, milestones, and adoption strategies.
• Ensure operational readiness for program launch in hospital settings.
• Coordinate training for surgeons, clinical staff, and teams to drive competency.
• Track progress, risks, and next steps; report to APS Team Manager and stakeholders.
