The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support Virtual Annual Wellness Visits from a fully remote setting in the United States. You will prepare AWV charts, review medical histories, and document assessments, collaborating with providers to identify preventive care gaps and ensure CMS/compliance-ready documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted multistate/compact RN license is required.
• At least three years of clinical nursing experience in bedside care, primary care, medical-surgical nursing, or home health.
• Experience managing high-volume patient care in a virtual or telehealth setting.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth platforms (e.g., Zoom).
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Aufgaben

• Prepare AWV charts to support provider efficiency and CMS compliance.
• Conduct on-camera virtual patient interactions to review medical histories and document findings.
• Review medications, adherence, preventive screenings, and immunization history.
• Complete cognitive, functional, and depression assessments for AWV prep.
• Identify overdue screenings and care gaps before provider visits.
• Communicate concise summaries and key findings to providers.
