Job summary

HarmonyCares is seeking a Clinical Triage Nurse, RN to triage inbound calls from Medical Group patients and provide expert medical guidance remotely. You will assess symptoms, determine care level, and coordinate with the care team using our EMR system.

Strong communication and rapid triage decision-making are essential. The role requires an RN license, comfort with telephone-based assessments, and the ability to work remotely across multiple states; posted pay ranges begin at $35.14/hour and up

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current license and ability to obtain in required states.
• RN program completion and continued education requirements met.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Experience with electronic health records and healthcare terminology.

Responsibilities

• Triage inbound calls and manage patient inquiries with empathy and accuracy.
• Assess symptoms and determine level of care; coordinate with care team.
• Review test results and summarize findings for providers.
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure timely follow-ups with patients.
