Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of clinical nursing experience required.
• Wisconsin RN license or multi-state Nursing License (NLC) required.
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Provider within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Triage, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients via telephone.
• Provide patient and family education and manage test results.
• Coordinate patient care needs and medication refills as assigned.
