Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a senior nurse leader to supervise the Utilization Management (UM) team, including Prior Authorization, Concurrent Review, and Retrospective Review, ensuring compliant, high-quality member care in a remote role.

The ideal candidate holds a Nevada RN license (or Compact license with ability to apply for Nevada licensure) and has 4+ years of related experience, with strong UM knowledge and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Requires Graduate of an Accredited School Nursing or Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience.
• Active Nevada RN license or Compact license with ability to apply for Nevada license.
• Knowledge of utilization management principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Prior Authorization, Concurrent Review, and Retrospective Review teams to ensure appropriate care for members.
• Monitor and improve UM processes to meet performance, compliance, and quality standards.
• Provide coaching and guidance to UM staff and participate in onboarding and training.
