Job summary

Ways2Well is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead a remote clinical support team, ensuring exceptional patient service and adherence to clinical standards. You will coach staff, support providers, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

The role emphasizes coaching, SOPs creation, audits, and collaborative problem-solving within a fast-paced, work-from-home setting. Monday–Friday, Central time, with strong emphasis on patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state.
• Minimum of 2 years as a Nurse Manager or equivalent leadership.
• Proven experience managing a team with 10+ direct reports.
• Coaching, performance management, and quality audits experience.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and healthcare tech.
• Strong organizational skills for multi-priority work.
• Excellent communication and patient-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a clinically oriented support team with 15+ direct reports.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance check-ins, and formal coaching sessions.
• Document corrective actions and provide written feedback.
• Promote accountability, engagement, and professional development.
• Ensure outstanding patient support and timely resolution of concerns.
• Maintain high standards of service, responsiveness, and patient-centered communication.
• Support provider workflows and streamline clinic communications.
• Create and maintain SOPs, workflows, and training materials.
